    Soft bid close-2 minutes are added to the clock if there are two or more active bidders. 

    Proxy Bid (Max Bid) - If you wish to place a proxy bid on any item in the auction simply place the high bid in the bid box. It will not show the high bid to anyone.

    Please Note: All lots must be picked up at the property, I cannot transport any of these items to another location, if you cannot make pick up, please do not bid. 

    Bid increments are as follows:

    $5-$100 - Bid Increment is $1

    $101-$999 - Bid Increment is $10 

    $1000-$4999- Bid Increment is $50

    $5000-$9999- Bid Increment is $100
