There are also several stairs in the house if you are loading large furniture items. Pickups for this auction will be January 8th  9-3 in Mt. Baker neighborhood of Seattle, WA. The address will be printed on your winning invoice once the auction closes. Please do not bid if you cannot make the pick up days.10% buyer's premium and sales tax is added to your invoice total. Tax is waived if you have a current resale permit on file.  At closing please note that lots close one minute apart lot #1 closes at 7:00, lot #2 closes at 7:01 and so forth. The clock will extend on a lot if two or more bidders are actively bidding on a lot within the last two minutes of that lot closing. Please remember you can mark your favorites by clicking the heart icon on the right side of the opening photo of each lot.
