Complete Mobile Power Washing Setup – A self-contained, tow-and-go, revenue-ready unit.  Built in 2023 with just 400 hours of run time.

Fully custom-built mobile washing unit mounted on a single axle trailer. Powered by a Kohler Command Pro 26.5 HP engine, this setup is designed for high-performance cleaning across a variety of washing and cleaning applications. Engineered for versatility, it includes dedicated systems for hot or cold high-pressure rinse/washing, soft wash, chemical application, surface cleaning, and window washing treatment/cleaning.  Cost $30,000.

Built for contractors, pressure washing companies, window washing companies, fleet maintenance crews, or property service teams, this unit offers professional-grade functionality with on-the-go mobility.  

There are three (3) Onboard Wash Systems

System 1:

• High pressure high flow hot and cold pressure washer.
• 4,000 PSI - 8 gallons per minute pressure washer. 
• Diesel fired burner can raise water temperature 140 degrees. 
• Unleaded battery start motor for pump (This motor needs a new ignition switch). 
• 300 gallon buffer tank feed by 200 feet of heavy duty 3/4" hose stored on reel with electric rewind.
• 200 feet of two-wire 1/2" high pressure hose stored on reel with electric rewind.  High pressure has 5000psi ball valve on the end to assist in switching from wand gun to 44" wide deck scrubber (included).

System 2:

• Soft wash low pressure wash / pre-soak wash system. 
• 100 gallon "bleach" tank (2) - 16 gallon detergent/neutralizer tanks. 
• Two 12 volt wash pumps (1) rated at 5 gallons per minute and (1) rated at 10 gallons per minute.
• Both pumps are rated at 60psi and are powered by (2) deep cycle batteries that are charged from the onboard battery tender. 
• Pumps have quick replacement chemical resistant pump heads.  Switching between pumps is done by three-way ball valves and pump switches. 
• Water is drawn from the surge tank and mixed bleach and/or detergents through metering valve manifold then pumped through 200 feet of 5/8" hose that is stored on a reel with electric rewind. 
• This hose has a quick disconnect to facilitate switching between different spray gun styles (spray guns not included).

System 3:

• Window washing water treatment. 
• Water is supplied from surge tank fill reel and run through (2) 4 x 24" pre-filters and then through (2) resin bead tanks to your window washing pole of your choice (pole not included).
