Description :
Civil War–era brass powder flask with embossed shell motif, dated 1860s. Teardrop-shaped body with rich patina, spring-loaded spout, and wire loop for attachment. Used for storing and dispensing gunpowder for muzzle-loading firearms, this flask reflects mid-19th-century military utility and decorative metalwork. A fine example of period craftsmanship, prized by collectors of antique arms and Americana.
