Description :

Clay Whistles

The brown piece on the right is a handmade clay whistle (ocarina‑style) with a sculpted frog resting on top. These small whistles are common in many folk‑art traditions across Mexico, Central America, and parts of the American Southwest. They are typically made from fired clay, shaped by hand, and decorated with small animal figures. The holes on the body allow it to function as a simple wind instrument.

The black figure on the left appears to be a small carved dog figure, likely decorative rather than functional.

Dimensions : 4.5 in W x 2.5-4.25 in H
