Description :
Curated trio of graphic novels by acclaimed cartoonist **Daniel Clowes**. All are in fantastic condition. "Wilson": Presents a bright, cartoon‑styled illustration of the title character: a middle‑aged man with glasses, a full beard, and a plain white shirt. He stands against a backdrop of soft blue clouds, giving the cover a deceptively gentle tone that contrasts with Clowes’ trademark sharp, introspective storytelling. The clean lines and bold colors make the book immediately recognizable as part of Clowes’ modern graphic‑novel era. "Modern Cartoonist"- This book has a more minimalist, design‑forward cover. It features a grayscale portrait of a woman’s face rendered in Clowes’ signature angular style. The overall look is sleek and conceptual, fitting for a work that explores Clowes’ thoughts on cartooning, creativity, and the craft of visual storytelling.
"The Death‑Ray*- This volume bursts with retro comic‑book energy. A pulpy, vintage‑sci‑fi aesthetic. The artwork channels classic superhero tropes while maintaining Clowes’ distinctive blend of satire and emotional depth.
Together, these three works form a visually compelling snapshot of Daniel Clowes’ range—from introspective character study to conceptual art commentary to genre‑bending comic‑book reinvention. The collection highlights his unmistakable style and his influence on contemporary graphic literature.
