Description :

Gorgeous Nadeau red lacquer wooden hutch appears to be in terrific condition. Small drawers with brass pulls on either side just below the tabletop and 2 large swing-out doors allow access to sizeable interior storage space. Middle shelf is made of 2 separate pieces of wood and all the joins are quality. Brass circular medallion with slide key to keep the cabinet closed. Back is painted black and semi-finished - we wouldn't float this piece. The styling on this is traditional Chinese, but with a more restrained modern hand.

Measures 34" H x 46" W x just shy 24" D.

Note - this piece is Chinese red on all sides except the back - the lighting in the photos make it more orange with color variation than it is IRL.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO FURNITURE BIDDERS: pickups for the large furniture in this auction will be by appointment from 11am - 3pm on Thursday (10/8) and from 9am - noon on Friday (10/9).

Do not sign up for a pickup time on Saturday.

WE WILL CALL THE WINNING FURNITURE BIDDERS PERSONALLY AND ARRANGE FOR A MUTUALLY AGREEABLE TIME DURING THOSE WINDOWS OF TIME. The driveway is extremely steep and only allows for a single car/truck at a time to maneuver safely. Also be aware that there are numerous stairs at the home and most of the large furniture is up a flight of stairs. You MUST bring at least one other able-bodied person to help you - we cannot not move furniture for you. If you are unable to make these pickup times or unable to secure help, please do not bid.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.

Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.

Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.

A 12% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.
