Description :

A collected-over-time group of decorative figurines, with ladies in flowing gowns, children in oversized hats, a flower-filled cart and an elephant with its trunk raised. Floral details, soft pastels and a bright red dress bring variety to the group.

Details

  • Ladies: Assorted figures in long dresses, including blue-and-white floral, pale gray-green, lavender and bright red designs, with hats, flowers and ruffled details
  • Bonnet Girl: Burgundy dress with cream lace-like trim, a wide bonnet with a blue bow and a small bouquet, displayed on a round base
  • Flower Cart: A girl in a cream outfit and broad hat beside a wheeled cart filled with pastel flowers
  • Children: Two small figures in oversized yellow and blue hats, plus a seated girl in a blue dress with a basket of apples
  • Elephant: Cream and gray glazed figure with pink inner ears, white tusks and an upward-curving trunk
  • Materials & Marks: Predominantly ceramic or porcelain-type pieces with glazed and matte finishes. Several underside marks are pictured, but makers have not been confidently identified.
  • Measurements: Approx. 4"–9" tall, as noted on the sticky
  • Condition: Mixed pre-owned condition. A small animal component is detached from one child figurine, and a crack is visible near an underside opening. Some bases show residue, discoloration and wear. Delicate flowers and trim should be reviewed closely for chips or losses. Includes pieces needing repair.

Highlights

  • A Collected Look: Different heights, colors and subjects for a curio cabinet, mantel or bookshelf
  • Details Up Close: Tiny flowers, patterned skirts, bonnet bows and lace-like trim reward a closer look
  • Display Together or Divide: Keep a favorite group and share the others with someone who enjoys decorative miniatures
