Description :

Mixed group of books - all large format (coffee table size) with lots of pictures.

2 copies (one new in box, one opened). MAN'S GREATEST ADVENTURE by Lawrence Allen. Hardcover. 1974, BRM Selah Co. (Selah WA).128 pages. History of the space program. NOTE - the copy you see photographed IS one of the two you will receive; you will also received an identical second copy of the same book still in original shipping box as shown in the last two photos, We believe the second copy to be brand new as the box has not been opened, however we cannot guarantee the condition given it has been stored for many years.

PROJECT MERCURY from Time-Life. Softcover. 1964, Time-Life & Simon Shuster (New York NY). Up close and personal photos like you would expect from Life Magazine - tells stories of various astronauts with candid photos. No pagination. In good used condition with some wear and tear from use.

FOOTPRINTS ON THE MOON by John Barbour & The AP. Hardcover dustjacket/plastic protector. 1969, American Book – Stratford Press (Cincinnati, OH). 216 pages. In good used condition although there is some tape residue on the flypages and the outside cover - see photos for details.

APOLLO EXPEDITIONS TO THE MOON Edgar M. Cortright, Ed. Hardcover. 1975, NASA SP-350 (Washington, DC). 313 pages. In good used condition.

Largest book (Man's Greatest Adventure) measures 14.5" x 10.5" while smallest book (Apollo's Expeditions to the Moon) measures 12" H x 9" W.

Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.

Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.

Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.

A 10% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.

We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw.
