Description :
"Nonsuch" Ketch of 1650 is an ink pen sketch by Wally L. Exum 1973. The sketch is a print with printed signature and date and then has been signed in pencil by artist. History of the Nonsuch: NONSUCH was the ketch that sailed in the Hudson Bay, in 1668 thru 1669 under Zacharia Gillam, in the first trading voyage of what was to become the Hudson's Bay Company 2 years later. A ketch is a two-masted, fore-and-aft-rigged sailboat with a mizzenmast stepped forward of the rudder and smaller than the foremast. Sketch has never been framed or on display.
Dimensions : 10.5 in W x 14 in H
