Missile articles & photos galore! Please look closely at photos as some items do show some obvious wear/age/flaws. Includes:

Vintage CLIPPER – Pan American Guided Missile Range Division Magazine. Pan American Airways employee magazine for folks involved in its Guided Missiles Range Division. 15 issues in all. We love the juxtaposition of articles on missile propellants with employee travel discounts and what the Pan Am workers using IBM machines are doing. These give real insight into the era! Very interesting reading… 1 issue from 1958, 9 issues from 1959, and 5 issues from 1960. In excellent vintage shape – they are compact measuring 7.75” H x 5.25” W. See photos for examples of topics covered.

“From Continent to Continent” LIFE MAGAZINE article March 7, 1955.

Black & white photos of Atlas, Pershing, & Minuteman missiles.. Measure 10” H x 8” W in ok/fair vintage condition – see photos.

4 color photos of Atlas, Titan 1, Titan 2, & Minuteman taken at Norton AFB. Verso has information on each missile. Measure 10” H x 8” W. In good vintage condition.

USAF MISSILES booklet. Used as a recruiting tool 1960s. In ok vintage condition.

US ARMY PRESENTS PROTECTION UNLIMITED booklet from the Air Defense School in Fort Bliss. 1960s. Overview of Army missile systems. In good vintage condition.

US ARMY ARTILLERY & MISSILE CENTER brochure from Fort Sill. 1960s. Describes missile at the base. In ok vintage condition.

MISSILES & ROCKETS/SPACE WEEKLY magazine. Special first annual NASA issue – circa 1963. Info on various programs and locations. In ok vintage condition.

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.

Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.

Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.

A 10% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.

We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Sound Estate Company does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device.
