Description :
The Ed Roos Company of Forest Park, Illinois, was a prominent furniture manufacturer specializing in cedar chests during the early to mid-20th century. Founded in 1918 by Edward Roos, the company quickly became a significant player in the industry. Design: Raised on four turned legs with stretchers, adorned with carved motifs, reflecting the English Tudor style. The Ed Roos Company operated until 1951, leaving behind a legacy of quality furniture. Their cedar chests are now considered vintage collectibles, appreciated for their historical significance and enduring craftsmanship. See photos of some vintage wear. Overall chest is in good condition. Does not have the key.
