Description :

A beautifully preserved illuminated manuscript leaf featuring Latin liturgical chant, likely from a choir book such as an antiphonary or gradual. Written in blackletter script with red rubrication and traditional square neumes on a four-line staff, this piece exemplifies the sacred music notation used in Roman Catholic worship from the late medieval to Renaissance period.

The manuscript appears to be on vellum (animal skin parchment), with decorative flourishes including a large illuminated initial and red-inked guide text. Its stylistic features suggest it originated between the 15th and early 17th century.
