Description :

A striking pair of vintage hand-painted Indian fabric artworks, each created on woven cloth with traditional mineral/vegetable pigments. These panels feature classic courtly and village-life scenes reminiscent of Mughal and Rajput miniature painting styles, expanded into large textile formats.

Both pieces show clear signs of handwork—visible brush strokes, layered pigments, raw unhemmed edges, and on the reverse side, age-related pigment transfer and mottling consistent with older painted textiles. These characteristics affirm their handmade nature and vintage age, adding authenticity and character.
