Pickers Sale Guidelines -Winners and Non-Winners
PICKERS SALE - ALL ESTATE ITEMS MUST GO!
We have many more great items available to both winning & non-winning bidders. There will be non-auction items available both outside and inside the home during regularly scheduled pickup times. Some items include:
· China and other porcelain dishes
· Bakeware and other kitchen items
· Furniture – dressers, couch
· Wall cabinets with glass doors
· Storage cabinets
· Television & other vintage electronics
· Holiday decorations
· Home décor & modern collectibles
· Linens and more
· Clothes, quilts, and other textiles
· Fragmented backyard garden items
· Lighting
· Household items still in boxes
· Much more
All bidders are welcome to check out our PICKERS SALE on Friday and Saturday, April 21st and 22nd.
Winning bidders can participate in the PICKERS SALE when picking-up item(s) won. The house will be open during your scheduled pick-up time. Winning bidders who arrive at a time other than their scheduled pick-up time will be asked to wait until their scheduled time to participate. At your allotted time - Please transport your winning items to your vehicle first before you start picking. There will be specified tables or areas marked for gathering your items. Be sure to check with a Sound Estate Assistant to guide you for shopping and gathering of your picked items.
Even if you are not a winning bidder you are invited to the PICKERS SALE. Please contact Joni at 425.417.1522 to schedule a specific time allotted for non-winning bidders.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY SATURDAY, APRIL 22nd AT 3:00 PM. AUCTION LOCATION WILL BE FINALIZED AND CLOSED WITH NO FURTHER ACCESS.
