    Important Information

    1. Parking: Due to the steep driveway, the two flat parking spaces in front of the garage are reserved for bidders with a physical disability, over 65, or for furniture pickups. Priority for these spaces will be given to bidders with a physical disability or those over 65.

    2. All Lots Must Be Picked Up - No Exceptions. 

    3. Shipping Available for Small Items.

    4. Large Pickers Sale Friday & Saturday: Venmo, Cash, & Cards Accepted.

    5. Saturday Pickers Sale: Open to all Sound Estate Co bidders.
