Description :

This matching table and buffet have high-gloss lacquer finish on them and are really all you need for a minimalist dining room with artsy vibes. They provide a great foil for stunning artwork or dinnerwear.

The pedestal dining table is square but can expand easily. The .25" glass protective top can be removed and hinges allow the table to fold open to twice its size. Slide mechanism underneath for support once the table is unfolded. In good cosmetic shape needing a good wipe-down with only a few small flaws - see last photos for most egregious. Measures 29.5" H x 43 in.² when closed. When opened it will expand to 86" L. (Please note we did not expand the table - it is a 2 person job and we only had one person on hand).

Buffet has angled/beveled front edge, 3 euro-hinge doors, a center shelf in each of the 3 sections, and protective glass on the top surface. In wonderful vintage condition – just needs a wipe down. Measures 32" H x 66.5" W x 18.5" D.

Both of these pieces are much more beautiful in person than in photos - the high-gloss finish makes them very difficult to photograph, but they are stunning! Most of our client's furniture was custom-made. There are no maker marks on these pieces, but country of origin is Italy and the joint/hinge quality on the cabinet & table affirms that.

SPECIAL NOTICE TO FURNITURE BIDDERS: pickups for the large furniture in this auction will be by appointment from 11am - 3pm on Thursday (10/8) and from 9am - noon on Friday (10/9).

Do not sign up for a pickup time on Saturday.

WE WILL CALL THE WINNING FURNITURE BIDDERS PERSONALLY AND ARRANGE FOR A MUTUALLY AGREEABLE TIME DURING THOSE WINDOWS OF TIME. The driveway is extremely steep and only allows for a single car/truck at a time to maneuver safely. Also be aware that there are numerous stairs at the home and most of the large furniture is up a flight of stairs. You MUST bring at least one other able-bodied person to help you - we cannot not move furniture for you. If you are unable to make these pickup times or unable to secure help, please do not bid.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.

Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.

Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.

A 12% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.

We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw.
