Description :

Good storage, handsome lines and a little mid-century ingenuity. This dresser pairs six exterior drawers with three more tucked behind geometric cabinet doors, finished with cat-eye pulls and a coordinating tall mirror. Warm wood grain and a sculpted base give it presence without making a fuss.

Details

Attributed to Broyhill’s Sculptra collection; a maker’s mark has not been verified.
Nine drawers: three on each side and three concealed behind the center doors.
Double-rectangle detailing across the center door fronts.
Oval cat-eye drawer pulls, tapered legs and a curved lower stretcher.
Coordinating wood-framed mirror with a gently curved upper edge.
Walnut appearance consistent with documented examples; not represented as solid walnut throughout.

Dresser: approximately 66.25" W × 17" D × 30.75" H.
Mirror: approximately 26.4" W × 1.75" D × 43" H.

Condition

Vintage condition with scratches, scuffs, finish wear and small chips or losses along edges and trim. The top has visible pale spots, ring marks and areas of finish loss. Center door fronts show localized scratches and wear to the raised detailing; interior door edges also show abrasions. Drawer interiors show light use marks. Drawers and doors are pictured open, but smooth operation and alignment have not been fully evaluated. Mirror glass shows reflections and surface spotting; please review the photographs for detail.

Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.

Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.

A 12% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.
