Description :

A lush rose bouquet in the decorative oil-painting style that remains a quintessential hallmark of mid-century commercial production art - created to add an artistic flare to living rooms in the 70's and 80's. Red, cream, and yellow blooms rise from a warm brown vase, framed by brown molding and a muted olive-gold liner. Its tall, narrow format adds a romantic accent to an MCM-inspired or traditional interior.

Details

  • Floral still life depicting an abundant rose bouquet, green foliage, and loose blossoms resting beside the vase.
  • Signature visible at the lower right; artist identification remains unconfirmed. Ludow Bini potentially.
  • Brown frame with a contrasting olive-gold inner liner.
  • Paper-covered reverse with hanging wire and a worn label.

Measurements

  • Approximately 28.25" high × 15.8" wide overall.

Highlights

  • Slender vertical format suits smaller wall spaces or a layered gallery arrangement.
  • Vivid red roses contrast with softly rendered cream and yellow blooms.

Condition

Previously owned with light surface marks and wear to the frame and inner liner. Paper backing shows wrinkles, small punctures, and wear around the label and edges. Hanging wire is present but its security has not been evaluated. Please review all photographs, including the signature and reverse.
