• Vintage Black & Decker power tools: gold-toned corded drill and jigsaw with original labels.
• Vintage Black & Decker metal-bodied circular saw: corded model marked 1 HP, with blade installed.
• Cordless tool kit: green fitted carrying case containing a tool, battery packs, charger and paperwork; exact model and completeness unconfirmed.
• Red hand truck: two-wheel dolly with tall frame and broad loading plate.
• Hand tools: assorted hand saws, hacksaw, screwdrivers, pliers, scissors, levels, squares, rulers, files and a caulking gun.
• Hardware and small parts: jars, boxes and packages of assorted fasteners, fittings, hooks and workshop odds and ends.
• Cords and lighting: several coiled extension cords, loose cables and a hanging work light.
• Cleaning equipment: handheld vacuum, upright vacuum and a Kärcher pressure-washer spray gun/wand. 
• Fans and household equipment: three pedestal fans and a small portable heater.
• Wood and project materials: assorted boards, offcuts, trim, wood panels, frame pieces, dowels and lengths of pipe or tubing.

Condition

Contents show workshop use and storage wear, including dust, dirt, rust, scratches and finish loss. Power tools, appliances, fans, heater, batteries and chargers have not been tested. Cord condition, tool completeness and remaining usability of older supplies are unverified. Some items may require repair or replacement parts. Cases and containers may have incomplete or mixed contents. Remaining quantities and usability of older supplies are unknown. Please review all photographs.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR THE PICK UP PROCESS:

• The winning bidder may take all included contents or select only the items they want. Complete room clean out is not required, however you are strongly encouraged to come on Thursday the 12th before the official pick ups start. Please do not bid if you are unable to make it that day. We will contact you to arrange a window of time.
