Description :

Lighted Curio Cabinet with Mirror by Butler Specialty Co of Chicago, Illinois (company started in 1930). We have not seen this style #629020 in the past. Very unique piece that is in common vintage condition. Lower part of cabinet has one glass shelf. Upper part of cabinet has a long mirror with detailed curved top framing. Lighterweight. Mirror can detach from cabinet. Mirror is clear even though front picture appears as if cloudiness has settled in. Just know, we simply needed to clean mirror before capturing that photo. The third and fourth pictures show the mirror after a TLC cloth wipe. This item is still an older piece and may show wear that is expected for a 70-80 year old standalone cabinet.

Cabinet has an internal light that is working. Perfect to fit in a small corner or short wall space.

Dimensions: 71 Inches High by 29 Inches Wide by 10 Inches Deep

Bidding on this lot is an agreement that: (1.) You will have 2 capable, able bodied persons to lift and load at a minimum. (2.) You will bring a hand truck and/or any other tools needed to remove this item. Requires a Philips Screwdriver to remove mirror from cabinet. If these steps are not followed your item will be forfeit and no refund given.

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, out building.

Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.

Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.

A 10% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.
