Description :
Terrific
tea trio – especially if you are a loose tea fan but hate the mess. “Ottoni” tea kettle designed by Carsten
Jorgensen for Bodum in the 1980s.18/8 gauge stainless steel with wooden veneer handle.
Post-modern design at its (rare) best! Measures approx. 7” H (9” including handle)
x 7.5” base diameter. Note some of the wood veneer on the handle has been rubbed
away with use - see last photo. Made in Italy. A good buffing would enhance its shine. NOTE: A bidder let us know today (6/28) that this kettle originally came with an corded electric heating pad - checked with client & she says she purchased it from a vintage store without the pad; client says she used it on her electric coil stove as a traditional teapot. Bialetti
manual milk frother – great for chai lattes. Glass with a rubber bottom – used only
a couple of times. Measures 7” H. Made in Italy. The unopened Finum tea filters from Germany are FABULOUS if you like quality loose
teas yet hate having to clean your tea ball or filter cup. Fill the eco-friendly
paper pouches with as much or little tea as you prefer, poke the tea stick through the top and set it on the rim of your cup (the stick has cut-outs and
is exceedingly stable). When you are done, simply throw in the bag in the compost/organics
tub and reuse the teastick indefinitely. German efficiency in the little
things!
