    Tax and 10% buyers premium are added to your auction total. Tax is waived if you have an active reseller permit on file.

    Pickup Instructions: The address will be printed on your electronic invoice.
    Pick up for this auction will be Friday, November 4 (12 PM to 3 PM) and Saturday, November 5th (10AM to 2PM)

    The exact address will be posted on your electronic invoice the morning of pick ups.  Any bidders who want to pick up earlier please contact me directly, (435) 527-5406, there will be limited spots.  Shipping will be available for small items.  For larger and multiple items, contact us directly to confirm if shipping is available.  Click HERE for Shipping Details.

    There will be an opportunity for a picker's sale at time of pick-up.

    For other pickup arrangements (e.g.: earlier day/time or shipping) please read notice at top.

    It is essential to come prepared - bring help to move items and/or dollies and appropriate vehicles.
    A professional mover's blanket will be included for Furniture Lots. 
    If additional protective coverings are preferred     - please bring your own.
    We do not have help available on-site.
