    *PLEASE READ* IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PICKUPS:

    House has a VERY difficult and steep driveway that only allows for TWO cars at once. Because of this, we will be VERY STRICT about your pick up time, and you will NOT be allowed a space in the driveway at any time besides YOUR time.

    There are also lots of stairs in the house, so please make sure to bring someone to assist you in loading if you purchase a furniture lot or large item. We will NOT be assisting in loading.

    ALL LOTS MUST BE PICKED UP - NO EXCEPTIONS

    10% Buyer’s premium is added to your auction total. Tax is waived if you have an active reseller permit on file.
