Description :
Any great cook knows that cast iron is the workhorse of the kitchen. We have 2 vintage pans of varying sizes in this lot that have seen lots of use but still have lots to give. Both are in need of being stripped and seasoned, but since we do that every few months to our own cast iron, we know that shouldn't be much of a burden for the quality cast iron delivers. (And the vintage cast iron like this is far better than what you find made today). Lot consists of: - 6" diameter pan from unknown maker. Has been used enough that bottom markings are worn off, but handle indicates #3. - 10" diameter pan from WAPAK (made in Ohio). Labeled #8. This pan has a slightly more slender handle than the other 2 cast iron pans of similar size up for auction* - easier for smaller hands. Wapak #8 Skillet - Etsy for sale elsewhere * see Lot #150.
