Description :
A charming grouping of British royal memorabilia and decorative ceramics spanning over a century of royal history. The lot includes a framed 19th-century engraved portrait of Princess Victoria from Fisher’s Drawing Room Scrap-Book, published in London in 1832 and engraved by Thomas Woolnoth after a painting by Anthony Stewart. Also included are English ceramics celebrating British monarchy: two Sadler teapots from the “King Henry VIII and His Six Wives” series, a Roslyn Fine Bone China coronation mug, and a decorative plate commemorating the 1953 Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II with heraldic crest and gilt border. Together these pieces represent a delightful collection of royal themed decorative items from Victorian through mid-20th century England. Condition consistent with age and display.
