    Non-Furniture PICK UPS ON SATURDAY OCT. 10th

    8am - 2pm

    We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Sound Estate Company does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device.     Note to all Bidders: This house is on a very steep hill with limited access. The driveway will not be available on pickup day, so please park on the street below. We will have a table on the street and will bring your items down to you. We ask that you be considerate of the neighbors and only park where there is sufficient room. 


    SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL FURNITURE BIDDERS: pickups for the large furniture in this auction (designated as such at the bottom of the listing for these lots) will be by appointment from 11am - 3pm on Thursday (10/8) and from 9am - noon on Friday (10/9).

    Do not sign up for a pickup time on Saturday. 

    WE WILL CALL THE WINNING FURNITURE BIDDERS PERSONALLY AND ARRANGE FOR A MUTUALLY AGREEABLE TIME DURING THOSE WINDOWS OF TIME. The driveway is extremely steep and only allows for a single car/truck at a time to maneuver safely. Also be aware that there are numerous stairs at the home and most of the large furniture is up a flight of stairs. You MUST bring at least one other able-bodied person to help you - we cannot not move furniture for you. If you are unable to make these pickup times or unable to secure help, please do not bid.
